Professional Experience
Tommy possesses over 15 years of corporate services experience, with the last 12 focused exclusively on Tenant Representation and Corporate Advisory. He began his career in the A-E-C industry before shifting into corporate real estate advisory with global firms Cresa and SVN, prior to joining Greenwood CRE. Tommy focuses on office and industrial tenant representation, property dispositions and acquisitions, portfolio management, and long-term strategic planning. His experience also includes advisory on the new FASB and IASB lease accounting standards.
Tommy's clients range from Fortune 500 and mid-market firms to municipal and institutional occupiers navigating high-stakes, high-scrutiny decisions.
Philanthropically minded, Tommy serves as Executive Vice President of the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) Philadelphia Chapter, and as an Advisory Board Member of SEAMAAC, following 10 years on SEAMAAC's Board of Directors.
Tommy is multilingual, fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese, and holds dual citizenship in the US and Hong Kong.
