Professional Experience
Larry Green, Jr. is an action-oriented professional with remarkable success in leading teams within various commercial real estate marketplaces. Since 2007, he has worked with clients to achieve their real estate investment goals.
Larry began his commercial real estate career in New York City where he spent three years selling multifamily properties and provided valuation and consulting services to numerous clients. He also negotiated leases on behalf of clients for multiple Manhattan storefronts. To date, Larry is responsible for $10M+ in commercial real estate transactions.
Larry started his career with distinguishment as an active-duty Naval officer onboard USS Boone (FFG-28) and USS Roosevelt (DDG-80). Additionally, he was the first officer to ever perform and tour with the United States Navy Ceremonial Guard Drill Team.
Larry is also an active member of the community, serving on the board of directors for the Mount Vernon Council of Citizen’s Association and Fairfax County Federation of Citizens Association.
Education
Larry is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and holds an MBA degree from Robert H. Smith School of Business (UMD). He is a member of CCIM and candidate for CCIM designation. He is a REALTOR® licensed in District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. Larry is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds an active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license.
