Eric Watters

 

Eric has built his career in accounting management and lease administration covering over 15M SF of gross leasable area in office, retail and industrial space. Additionally, Eric has significant expertise in system implementation, financial reporting and consolidation, ASC 842 lease accounting, process improvement, budget management (operating and capital) and financial modeling. Eric is proficient in MRI, JDE, Yardi, Kardin, Excel, Lease Harbor, Quickbooks, Argus, Skyline and FAS.
 
Over the past 19 years, Eric has worked with Colonnade Properties, Jones Lang LaSalle, Grubb & Ellis, Parmenter Realty Partners, Studley & Southlake Mall.   His roles have included Controller, Senior Accounting Manager, Senior Lease Administrator/Portfolio Accounting Manager, and Senior Lease Auditor.  Notably as Senior Lease Administrator with Grubb & Ellis, Eric was responsible for overall lease administration for clients such as Equifax, Mitel Networks, Capital One, and AmeriGroup.  Responsibilities included development and implementation of procedures and systems to continually improve and streamline client operations, conduct lease audits, manage 3rd party vendors, account transition, develop and manage client reporting and communications systems. 
 

Eric earned his Bachelor in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Clayton College State University.
